​A.  Commonly known Meditation is physical and mental exercise. Sufi Meditation is also physical and mental exercise and also a way to contact with GOD (Allah) but after the exercise of years you will be able to establish a little contact with GOD (Allah) but with AMMAJEE NOOR-E-MAHRAHA's Rohani Dua you must have direct contact with all Mighty GOD (Allah).

Q.  What should be the duration of AMMAJEE NOOR-E-MAHRAHA's Thee Dua?

​A.  In the beginning 20-25 minutes of AMMAJEE NOOR-E-MAHRAHA's Thee Dua is recommended. After some time when you feel you can sit more time you can increase the duration if you like.

​A.  No. AMMAJEE NOOR-E-MAHRAHA's Thee Dua is purely cure from all of those deadly diseases which we have mentioned earlier for all human kind regardless of Religion or Race. Therefore, one's belief is not an issue.

A. This is a miracle of AMMAJEE NOOR-E-MAHRAHA's Thee Dua. All might GOD (Allah) who has created every thing, things we see, things we do not see, men and women. Who should knows better then GOD (Allah) how to heal men or women without any medicine. Therefore, AMMAJEE NOOR-E-MAHRAHA's Thee Dua is the only way or connection which connect men and women directly with GOD (Allah) who heals men and women from those deadly diseases without any medicine.
